Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Items that show signs of use, damage, or that are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: wallpaper and custom/made-to-order art prints. Because these items are produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns on them.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@museandkin.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will work with you to make it right.

How to Start a Return

Request a Return or email us at support@museandkin.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Muse & Kin will provide a shipping label and customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. For larger items that require freight/LTL shipping, please contact us at support@museandkin.com and we will help coordinate your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
